Tet is the biggest and most popular festival of the year in Vietnam. No matter where Tet is celebrated, it must be clarified from the beginning that Tet is not a day, but several days of celebration. In an effort to get rid of the bad luck of the old year, people will spend a few days cleaning their homes, decorate the house with kumquat tree, branches or peach blossom and many other colorful flowers.
Like other Asian countries, Vietnamese belive that the color of red and yellow will bring good fortune, which may explain why these colors can be seen everywhere in Lunar New Year. People consider what they do on the dawn of Tet will determine their fate for the whole year, hence people always smile and behave as nice as they can in the hope for a better year.
If you have the opportunity to visit Vietnam during Tet holiday, make sure you join this festive and happy moments of Vietnamese.

ReplyDeleteSve je jako zanimljivo.ti izgledas bozanstveno i toliko pozitivno da pretpostavljam da se sjajno provodis tamo. pitala bi te nesto,ako mozes da mi odgovoris kada stignes.Naime,posto vidim da dosta racuna vodis o ishrani,da se hranis zdravo da li si pristalica dijeta i ako jesi koja je po tebi najbolja.Imam problem da smrsam,uvek se zimi ugojim i eto sada sam dosla do 67 kg a visoka sam 165,za moju visinu previse.jako me mrzi da treniram i nikako nisam za to.:-( hvala ti unapred
ReplyDeletePrvo da ti se zahvalim ;) Protivnik sam dijeta, svaki ogranizam je drugaciji i ono sto mozda nekome odgovara, tebi nece. To znaci da treba korigovati ishranu u zavisnosti od toga koliki ti je metabolizam i BMI index. Ako imas visak masti, a manjak proteina, tj. misicne mase, onda bi trebalo da smanjis konzumiranje istih i da unosis dovoljnu kolicinu proteina. Kada ''kazem'' protein, mislim na sve vrste ribe, nemasnu govedinu, teletinu, curetinu i piletinu. Zatim bi trebalo da koristis samo maslinovo ili laneno ulje. Izbegavaj brzu hranu, pekare. Unosi dosta vode i cedjenih sokova ( bez secera, naravno ). Bilo bi idealno kada bi imala 5 obroka dnevno ( tri glavna i dve uzine ). Izmedju obroka pravi pauzu 2,5-3 sata. Ne znam da li jedes voce i povrce, ali bilo pozeljno. Uvedi zitarice za dorucak, sto vise slozenih ugljenih hidrata i na pravom si putu da doteras liniju kako zaista zelis.
